All NADRA-related services (CNIC/NICOP/Smart Card/POC/FRC) provided at the Consulate are also available online at the NADRA web portal https://id.nadra.gov.pk and mobile app. The Facilitation Desk at the Consulate is established to facilitate the applicants, who find it difficult to apply online. Please Book an Appointment for the Nadra Services, before visiting the Consulate.

For the applications already launched through an individual user’s login, the Consulate can assist about different steps of application, except capturing of biometrics and photograph.

For every NICOP/POC application, the following information of 2 x verifiers is required:

  • Name
  • Contact Number
  • Citizen Number (CNIC/NICOP of adults)

The application for the Smart ID can be processed at the Consulate but the delivery of the Smart ID is mandatory at Pakistani address only (either present or permanent address); attestation from a Government officer (not below 16 grade) is also mandatory for this category.

An expired Smart ID can be converted into NICOP. However, the processing of such cases in the online platform cannot be done if the Smart ID has expired for more than one year.

Before biometrics, please ensure hands are free from moisture and any external elements including henna, ink, plaster etc.
