  Applicant (Below 18 years)

• Any one of the following documents:
  • Form B / Child Registration Certificate (CRC) issued by NADRA
  • Birth Certificate with both parents’ names issued by the Council
  • S-1 form issued by Pakistan Mission
  • Citizenship Certificate

AND

• Any one of the following valid documents:
  • Foreign Passport
  • Pakistani Passport
  • Travel Document

(Minors less than 3 years old are exempted from the above condition of documents)
AND

• Color scanned image of CNIC/NICOP of parent/Sibling (not minor)/Grandparents

Adults

• Any one of the following documents:
  • Form B / Child Registration Certificate (CRC) issued by NADRA
  • Birth Certificate with both parents’ names issued by council
  • Educational Certificate/Degree i.e. HSC / A/O level certificate / Matric Certificate
  • Manual National Identity Card (MNIC)
  • Domicile
  • Citizenship Certificate

AND

• Any one of the following documents:
  • Foreign Passport
  • Pakistani Passport

• Fee is to be paid through credit / debit cards
• No cash payment or Eftpos is accepted
• Delivery charges will be in addition to the fee mentioned above (varies from country to country)
• Delivery time is in addition to the processing timeline

• Book an Appointment
• Prepare all required documents
• For minors with parents CNIC/NICOP/POC holder to make sure their marital status is already updated from unmarried to married/divorce/widow in their ID document.
• Scanned images of ID cards of 2 x witnesses along with their contact numbers

• Provide all required documents to NADRA counter staff
• Inform the NADRA counter staff of your choice of application priority (Normal, Urgent or Executive)
• For applicant under 18 years of age, one of the parent’s presence is mandatory
• Read the data acquisition form carefully prior to submitting it to NADRA counter staff as no changes can be made after the application is submitted

• Home delivery of NICOP will be made as per the opted address in your application (temporary or permanent address).

• Foreign/Pakistani passport, OR an Undertaking, duly attested by the Consulate, to the effect that applicant does not have a Passport

AND

• Scanned image of applicant’s NICOP

Note: While applying for Renewal of NICOP only Photograph and temporary address can be updated. For modification of any other information, please apply for Modification of NICOP.
