Original unsigned Power of Attorney
2 passport size photographs of Executant(s)(The person giving Power of Attorney)
Valid Original CNIC / NICOP / POC (alongwith a copy)
Valid Original Pakistani Passport of Executant(s) (alongwith a copy)
Copy of CNIC / NICOP of both witnesses

Processing Fee

Processing fee is AUD 20.00 (non-refundable) per executant.
Fee may be paid through Postal Money Order in favour of “Consulate General of Pakistan Sydney” or EFTPOS (bank charges apply) – all credit / debit cards, except American Express, are accepted
No cash payment is accepted

Checklist before Consulate Visit

Prepare and print text of the document

Consulate Visit Day

Physical presence of the Executant(s) is mandatory.
Bring printed document along with required documents
Get document signed by 2 witnesses (who are also Pakistani / dual nationals)
Sign and thumb impression on all pages in front of Consular Officer
Pay Fee and submit documents
