- Application Form duly filled in and signed
- Original unsigned Power of Attorney
- 2 passport size photographs of Executant(s)(The person giving Power of Attorney)
- Valid Original CNIC / NICOP / POC (alongwith a copy)
- Valid Original Pakistani Passport of Executant(s) (alongwith a copy)
- Copy of CNIC / NICOP of both witnesses
- Processing fee is AUD 20.00 (non-refundable) per executant. For urgent processing, double fee will be charged.
- Fee may be paid through Postal Money Order in favour of “Consulate General of Pakistan Sydney” or EFTPOS (bank charges apply) – all credit / debit cards, except American Express, are accepted
- No cash payment is accepted
- Physical presence of the Executant(s) is mandatory.
- Bring printed document along with required documents
- Get document signed by 2 witnesses (who are also Pakistani / dual nationals)
- Sign and thumb impression on all pages in front of Consular Officer
- Pay Fee and submit documents
- Processing time is one business day after completion of all documents
