Children (Below 18)
- Applicant (Child)’s:
- Original valid NICOP
- Form S-1 / Birth Certificate
- In case of dual nationals: Original Australian Passport
- Parents’:
- Presence of both the parents
- In case one of the parents is absent: a Letter of Consent signed by the absenting parent and attested by Justice of the Peace (JP)
- Original Pakistani Passports
- Original CNIC / NICOP
- In case of Separation: Guardianship Certificate
- In case of Death: Guardianship Certificate or Death Certificate
- Marriage Certificate
- Any one of the following documents:
- Original Australian Passports
- Visa Grant Notice and Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO)
- For mail delivery of Passport, self-addressed Express Post / Registered Post Envelope

Note: As per Rules, the Passport Officer while processing the application is required to personally satisfy himself about the national status / credibility of the applicant to confirm that the applicant is a bonafide citizen of Pakistan in terms of Pakistan Citizenship Act, 1951. The Officer is authorized to ask for additional documents / evidence.
Passport Fee
- The Passport Fee (non-refundable) varies according to the number of pages, validity period and processing category. Please see the Fee Table.
- Fee is to be paid through EFTPOS (bank charges apply) – all credit / debit cards, except American Express, are accepted.
- No cash payment is accepted.
Checklist before Consulate visit
- Book an Appointment
- Prepare all required documents.
Consulate Visit Day
- Provide all the required documents to Passport Officer.
- Inform the Passport Officer of your choice of number of Passport pages, validity period and category (Normal or Urgent).
- For applicant under 18 years of age:
- Both the parents must be present or
- In case one of the parents is absent, a Letter of Consent signed by the absenting parent and attested by Justice of the Peace (JP).
Passport Ready
- Processing time at the Consulate is 1 business day after receipt of passport from Pakistan, which may take 2-3 weeks for urgent and 4-6 weeks for normal passport.
